Is my booking confirmed when I send a request?
Not yet. The property’s reservations team checks availability and replies with confirmation and the final price. Where a property is connected to live availability, the website shows its confirmation status from the reservations system.
Can you plan a trip that combines several properties?
Yes. Use the journey planner to choose dates, places and experiences; our travel team checks every leg and sends a quote. A journey is confirmed only when every property on it has confirmed.
Who sets the rates and terms?
Each property sets its own rates, currency, deposit and cancellation terms. Your confirmation from the property sets them out.
Do you have resident or corporate rates?
Several properties offer resident, group and corporate arrangements. Tell us when you enquire and the property will quote accordingly.
Can I combine Victoria Falls with a safari?
Yes. Our Victoria Falls & South Luangwa journey spends three nights near the falls and four in South Luangwa, and the Zambia Wildlife Explorer covers Victoria Falls, South Luangwa and the Lower Zambezi over eleven nights. The journey planner can build your own combination.
Can I go on safari in Zambia with children?
Several of our properties are set up for families: family chalets and play areas at Maramba River Lodge near Victoria Falls, family-friendly activities at Thornicroft Lodge in South Luangwa, and self-catering family villas at Nsofu Lodge. Age limits for activities such as game drives and walking safaris vary, so ask the property when you enquire.
